Program Description
This Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a special class that provides a practical perspective of Reliability Management, Risk Management and Risk Measurement in the business process. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a methodical and systematic technique that helps in identifying predictable failure modes and either eliminates them or at least minimizes them.
Target Audience:
This class is designed for those individuals who work on various aspects of product development and manufacturing. It is assumed they come from many different backgrounds, disciplines, education levels and will be working on a variety of product and process areas across many departments of a company.
Duration:
Course requires 2-day training. Additional time may be needed to complete workshop activities.
