Program Description

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Online Training and Certification is a 14-day, 4 hours intensive training to be a key support in Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects. They will work with their team to define and measure problems, analyze the root causes, implement and establish control at new levels.
