Program Description
This course teaches participants the fundamental concepts and methods needed to establish effective control charts. Statistical Process Control is a method that prevent problems and to control their production processes.
At the end of this course, the participants will learn how to harness, analyze and report your process data in a way that drives improvement within your organization.
